The Will of Thomas Pursglove of Upton Fields 7th June 1699

This will is made to the benifit of Annie Pursglove of South Wingfield.  There is a Standard Latin prefix followed by the document itself (transcribed below).

The condition of this obligation is such that if Annie Purslove recipient and - Administrator of all and singular the goods chattels and monies of Thomas Purslove - diseased too make or insofar to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and monies of the said diseased which have or shall come to the hands; possessions or knowledge of her the said Annie Purslove- into the hands and possessions of any portion or portions for her and the family too make goods chattels or monies to be deposited into the Registry of the Bishops Consistory at Lichfield at or before the last day of January- next ensuing  And the same goods, chattels and monies and all of the goods, chattels and monies of the said diseased at the time of his death which at any time after shall come into to the hand or possession of the said Annie Purslove - or into the hands or possessions of any other person or persons for her too wish and trusty Administrator according to law or further too make or cause to be made a trust and testament of his position at or before the last day of April in the year 1702 and of the last administration of the said goods, chattels and monies of the deceased remaining upon the said Administrators account the same being sanctioned and allowed of by the judge or judges for the time being of the said court shall deliver and pay into such person or persons respectively as the said judge or judges by his or their word or sentence (pursuant to the testament and meaning of a late Act of Parliament made in the two and twentieth and three and twentieth years of the reign of our late Sovereign's Lord King Charles the second Instituted and act aforementioned called Settling of Intestate Estates) shall limit and appoint And if it shall hereafore appear that any last will and testament made by the said deceased and the executor or executors therein to exhibit the same into the said court making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly if the said Annie Purslove above aforementioned being thereunto required to render and deliver the aforementioned provisions of administration (approbation of such testament being first had and made) in the said court then this obligation to be void and of none effort or effect remains in full form and virtue
